Wow. I like that the opted for smaller "bedrooms" to have bigger shared areas, which is where most of their time will be spent. As the kids grow up and need more space/privacy they can always add a small container to have the bedrooms in.

Stunning home!! OMG. I love the layout of house and I'm so impressed with the mud room and rack above the fireplace. Seriously cool and well thought project. And to top it all off completely off the grid 🤩🤩🤩🤩 Definitely inspiring. Thanks for sharing 😃

I wonder how much this would cost in South Africa because it amounts to a million Rands which is enough to afford a person a big lot and a decent build

Not for me I can’t sleep in that tiny master bedroom no way

kinda hard to bang in that bedroom, which one is banging their head on the ceiling?

thought it was fabulous, right until he says it cost 180.000 !!! i think the couple were shafted, because you can buy a used shipping container for £1000. it's pretty obvious, that there isn't 178.000 of furnishings in there ! so on that note, i'll keep my 30's built 3 bed semi, with my 100 foot garden, twice the house for half the cost of 2 shipping containers !
