I installed the XDA ADB and FastBoot versions with system wide. Still ADB can't read "UL-Z00T-WW-21.40.0.2126-user.zip" or "UL-Z00T-WW-21.40.0.2156-user.zip" which i downloaded from the Asus official site.

After I uninstalled the drivers and rebooting my PC it just didn´t automatically reinstall the drivers. I didn´t install them manually I just tried sideloading and it worked!!!

yes !!! that's no the problem the computer adb won't read my phone after going into recovery apply update from adb ._.
yes but when I turn it off to boot into fastboot then recovery mode it won't read it when I'm trying to use the command sideload ota.zip
I have a issue on pixel xl . im still in the 7.1 and im trying to update vía sideload I do everything but when I get to download mode and connect to adb fastboot trying to side load it won't read my device
