They should really turn Le Celier into a prairie themed steakhouse, and open up a food truck that serves poutine and other Quebec fast food. If they can't use the Tim Horton's brand name, replace the Joffrey's with a stand that sells coffee, doughnut holes (Timbits) and beaver tails. And have some meaningful First Nations representation. They could feature Aboriginal music, storytelling and dance on the now empty stage, and have that outdoor gift shop be a place where artists can make traditional crafts for sale. Re-open the Anne of Green Gables exhibit on the upper floor, and maybe a hockey sports bar there too with a real micro-brewery.

There really needs to be a Tim hortons.

That was a good series – thank you, Tim!

As a Canadian and a Newfoundlander, no mention of Newfoundland and Labrador made me sad. There's a lot of stuff they're missing, like beaver tails and Montreal bagels. And Tim Horton's as other people have mentioned, but I'm guessing Joffrey's has some kind of exclusivity deal with Disney so that Tim's cannot be there too. We don't even have Joffrey's in Canada. In fact, if you Google "Joffrey's coffee Canada", all you get is that pavilion in Epcot!

And we don't have totem poles and other First Nations art everywhere. BTW, in Canada, our "Native Americans" are called "First Nations". I honestly wonder if all that stuff was made by First Nations artists. Because if not, that's a huge no-no in Canada and deeply offensive to First Nations people.

But yeah, more representation for more parts of Canada would be nice. Maybe they could have some Jellybean Row houses that are actually a fish and chips restaurant. Maybe they could have a building that shows you how video games are made. Because that's actually a huge industry across the country. A lot of developers of AAA titles are based in Canada. Bioware, EA, Eidos, Square Enix, Ubisoft, WB Games, Rockstar, etc.

I was born in Canada and I'm from there too.

I just binged watched the entire world showcase series. In every country you commented how you are returning to try the restaurants. Did you? I’m curious what you thought.

Le Cellier is great place! One of our favorites in all of WDW

  • comment-avatar

Love the comment "Leave your pants on and use the bathroom!" to funny!

  • comment-avatar

Omg I live right by jakemans sugar bush !

  • comment-avatar

When are you going to do the other show cases in epcot

  • comment-avatar

Also I highly highly recommend Le Cellier! I've been twice and it's always so good. I'm not sure if it's still an option but last summer they had a lunch deal that was something crazy like $60 for a 3 course meal with a drink (and then an AP discount after that too!) it's totally the best bang for your buck. And if you really want the true Canadian experience drop by on July 1st you'll see hundred of Canadians gathered in our colours it's super fun!

As a Canadian who works at WDW I LOVE this video I feel like the Canada pavilion is so forgotten!

  • comment-avatar

Please go to the Le Cellier! I am applying to work in the Canada pavilion with the Cultural representative program! And I am also from Hamilton Ontario, as is Martin Short!! 💗

  • comment-avatar

Late comment, but during the part when they show the Bay of Fundy in New Brunswick, my mom knows the woman who is shown biking across the bridge! Small world! Love my hometown!

  • comment-avatar

Hey Tim, can you please add the last 4 countries to the Adventures around Showcase playlist? Awesome series !! thank you.

  • comment-avatar

After you've finished with all the places in the around the world showcase, i'd love to see what you think is a must do for someones first time in Epcot. I'm heading to WDW for the first time ever and by myself this july and would love to know what's what!

  • comment-avatar

Mmmm, as a Canadian I do think they really need to revamp this pavilion, I don't feel it represents Canada very well. We have so much more than that. Polar Bears, Yes Way Way Way up North!! OH boy, a big embarrassment PLEASE someone who knows about Canada re-do this pavilion and not with Beavers, black and red plaid, maple syrup, totem polls anything else I missed that is very stereotypical of Canadians?? I think the only they did good was Bucharest Gardens, which looks like mostly all year round because typically on the west coast we don't get snow, except for the past two weeks not sure what has happened!

This has been such a great series thanks so much for all you do!!

  • comment-avatar

My prom was held in the blue building behind the gate!!! It was awesome!

LOL THE GIRL IN THE BLACK SHIRT LOOK LIKED SHE DIDN'T WANT TO BE IN THE VIDEO!

  • comment-avatar

    OH CANADA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • comment-avatar

1:19 those prices are getting absolutely insane. almost $4 USD for tea?!

  • comment-avatar

I can't believe that you have not eaten at Le Cellier. It is our favorite place to eat at Epcot. Get the Porterhouse for two. Absolutely incredible. I see that now they offer the Brussel sprouts instead of the lobster mac-n-cheese. Might still be incredible..

  • comment-avatar

I'll be working there as a Cultural Representative starting this summer 🙂

  • comment-avatar

We actually have a lot of picturesque waterfalls like that in the Rockies.

  • comment-avatar

Kendra did not look happy lol

  • comment-avatar

We have been waiting for this video since we started planning our trip to Disney World, but you didn't get to do it before we went. But you made our trip even more memorable by seeing you filming this while we were in Epcot that day. Thanks for stopping and letting us get a picture with you. Keep up the good work Trackers!

  • comment-avatar

Tim, thanks so much for these great Epcot videos! We are frequent WDW visitors, but you showed us things we've never noticed before. We look forward to more in-depth videos from you!

Momma says if you can't say nothing nice, don't say nothing at all.

Awwwww 😀 I love the themed area for my country. I live in Montreal and hes right guys it only snows in winter. In the Summer its hot. Spring is wet lol. We dont all love hockey and curling. Im not a big fan of sports actually. Poutine is definately a thing here but mostly in Quebec. If you get a chance to visit you will love it here.
