New subscriber here. I've watch about a half dozen of your video's and all I can say is what a great channel you have!

Looking Forward to your Intel 600p nvme review

What is your opinion about Seagate's hard drives, today, and their overall reliability vs. Western Digital? Seagate's gotten a lot of flak for having hard drives failing within months or a few years, in comparison to Western Digital. Do you personally agree with these sentiments?

As much as plenty of people hate Seagate, I find them mostly reliable since their SATAII and IDE drives back in the day, and I'm not sure their new drives are suddenly shown to be completely inferior, these days.

For a second I thought you are showing a WD Blue HDD.
    Never mind.

But only in the U.S 🙁

Oh my god, that Ultra 2. Insane deal… never have I wanted to be stateside more. Though I get the feeling that if I did live next to a Microcentre, I'd be poor and destitute within the week.

Thank you for being very consistent on your upload schedule. I love this channel! I am actually thinking about the cyberpowerpc for my first gaming pc. I was going to build, but it was a great deal as you pointed out!

Hey Tech Deals, I found a GTX 1070 online used for $215. It seems too good to be true, what do you think?

I'm so envious of our American cousins.. you guys get some crazy good prices on stuff 🙁 Unfortunately no newegg for us. I'm going to call the channel owner Dave – because we don't know his name and he looks like a David to me 🙂 Anyways Dave, how about a Tech Deals UK sub channel! You send me the deals, I'll make the vids (I'm missing a few teeth and have a twitch in one eye but don't worry about that)…. 50/50 yea? 😀 In fact why not, give me a vote or comment if u want the same thing in UK? I'll even go to the dentist. We really need this kind of channel here!!! Good luck with your channel once again mate I wish you all the best. I now click on your channel first in the mornings before Linus or Paul – take that as a nod from me 🙂 It's a typical transition for them from enthusiast / purest to commercial / enterprise; see it all the time in the music scene also.

I like this review the most of any that I've seen so far. You provided all the options, prices, explained the differences, and gave the whys. Excellent job (as I think most of your reviews go) and great values … all! Tempted on the Intel, but just cannot warrant the price without having work on the computer that might benefit from the massive sequential read/write advantages of NVMe. I've tested raided (0) 950Pros and boot time was on par and often slower than SATA; think it was NVMe driver processing in Windows that took the extra time. Other than boot, the drives behaved without noticeable difference in day to day activity. Thanks again and keep them coming!
