For those of you having issues and you're rooted with magisk nothing will work to set rw system permission unless you root with supersu instead of magisk then you will have full rw permission
That still doesn't allow apps rw permission

you talk to fast and even if someone downloads the app or apps required to access root it may likely will not work fully because system admin i device admin do not grany open or full access to mobile in order to gain access to the entire root system or androod device or handset because they do not feel ot is needed for their own reasons and some of it may have to with issue of security
