In this tutorial, we are looking at a way clone your Hard disk drive (HDD) to a Solid state drive (SSD).
Very handy for the situations when you want to upgrade your computer with a SSD, but you don’t want to reinstall Windows, programs or spend time copying data.
You will need to connect your SSD to the computer.
If you are using the tower, you can just connect it with a Sata cable.
If you are using a laptop, you can connect it with a USB to Sata adapter or another way is to use 2.5″ storage device bay – a replacement for you DVD-ROM. That way you would replace your optical drive (DVD-ROM. Blue-ray) with a HDD/SSD.
