    Faster and easier solution:
    1) Open PowerShell (as admin)
    2) Copy & Paste this:
    echo off
    reg delete "HKCUConsole" /f
reg delete "HKCUSoftwareMicrosoftCommand Processor" /v "AutoRun" /f
reg delete "HKLMSoftwareMicrosoftCommand Processor" /v "AutoRun" /f
reg delete "HKLMSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionImage File Execution Optionscmd.exe" /f
    echo done
    3) Enter

    EDIT:
If it happens that the next login you see only the CMD, do this to fix:
    1) Press WIN+R and execute explorer.exe
    2) Open register with admin rights
    3) Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWinlogonShell
    4) Change %comspec% to explorer.exe

do not do this. forces you to manually start explore.exe every time you restart your ps its not a fix its a cheesy work around and once that happens if you even want to go back you much do a system recovery and revert your shit to an eirler date. this is bad advise

Hey there, fellow strugglers. Your computer might have been infected with a malicious miner called "SoundMixer".
    Following these steps might help:

1.a) Open Run (Windows key + R) and enter "%appdata%" without quotes and press Enter.

1.b) Go to the Microsoft folder and delete the SoundMixer folder contained within (this is the mining software).

1.c) Open Run and enter "regedit.exe" without quotes.

1.d) Find the registry entry "[HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftCommand Processor]" and remove it. This entry attempts to run the miner whenever a CMD is started.

2.a) Go to the winlogon registry entry in the same regedit software ([HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsNTCurrentVersionWinlogon])

2.b) Check the sub-key named "shell" and change its value to "explorer.exe" without the quotes. (This means when you log onto Windows it will no longer attempt to run the miner and instead start up normally.)

This worked for me so it might work for others.
Go to Run and type 'regedit' Then

Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftCommand Processor or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftCommand Processor

Click the Command Processor and delete the AUTORUN key

Remove the AutoRun key and everything should went back to normal.

CMD.exe should start to work again
