For Windows 10: force your PC to restart 3 times, so automatic repair will kick in ( ), then allow it to do the repairs. After this, it should work.
For other Windows versions follow the video or the text below:
1. Restart Windows install
2. Delete the partition on which you want to install Windows (backup data first if you have important informations on it)
3. Create a new partition
4. Format the partition
5. Leave all Windows settings on default (you can change them in Windows later)

I am not able to get to the Comman Prompt window using Shift F10, I also tried just F10; After multiple attempts, i did get a prompt asking if I wanted to turn on my sticky keys so I know that the shift button was working… Any other tips for getting to the CP window? Thanks for the video~

The command prompt that comes up for me is not the C: drive. It's the drive that my thumb drive is in that I'm using to try to restore the OS. Not sure how to get to command prompt for the C: drive without going through windows.
after shared folder i don't see any local users and groups
At "computer management" Local Users and Groups is not one of my options.
