This video is intended to guide you through installing ADB and the Android SDK onto your computer. Why do you want ADB? Because there will be times when it is necessary to send files or commands to your Android devices, and ADB is one avenue to do so. I recommend having this installed on your computer if you are doing any sort of modification to your Android device.

    in my latest factory reset on my Samsung Note 5 , in installing my email address somehow some sort of malware found its way in to my system in which is blocking my SideSync and my smart viewer , I think it is government-sponsored due to my involvement in politics it's all about entrapment and now I cannot get rid of it no matter what I do , anybody have ideas out there please post let's hear

    I have installed necessary drivers, and it recognizes my phone in device manager under portable devices. However I can not get it to recognize it in DOS, it say no device found, when entering adb devices. What do I need to do to get it to recognize my phone? It's a Samsung Galaxy S4, Thanks !

    i installed adb on d drive 
    cmd is only for c drive 
    my path is specified to c drive 
    so what do ido 
    i open cmd 
    it says normally (c drive/username[blah blah blah])
    but adb is on d drive so cant acess it from cmd 
    please help 
    if iam not clear just coment on my msg and i will reply in a better way
