Talk slowly please. You sound like you don't want to even take a breath. Perhaps effects of Cocaine. Have you heard yourself?. Ha!. You don't know what a pause or full stop is. Lol?

great job it's worked for me

So, does this free up space at all?

  • comment-avatar

Couple of things about this video. Firstly, you can skip that step about installing drivers. They should be installed on their own if you can connect your phone to the PC in the first place. If you start ADB and your device isn't showing up at all despite you both enabling USB debugger and changing from "charge only" to "fire sharing", chances are good that port in your PC isn't doing the job it should. Try connecting your phone to the other one. Finally, there are some cases in which command pm uninstall -k –user 0 'app address' won't work, you can also try pm disable-user -user0 'app address'. I am not sure what the exact difference is, but as far as you are concerned it won't appear on the phone anymore. Good luck people.

Be aware of this new bloatware system app name! Mobile Device Manager(formerly known as DT Ignite) has now changed it's name to Verizon App Manager. Don't be fooled, disable this so-called 'system app' ASAP to prevent it from installing unwanted apps (mostly games) onto your phone while eating up your phone's resources and data!

  • comment-avatar

Great info but this is useless.
This does Not Uninstall apps but merely hides them from the current user??
Why would I want to just Hide them? I want to Uninstall them because they are invasive and compromise security, hiding them from myself is Not what I want

I followed the vid and even read the text tutorial; i think i installed all the necessary drivers in my laptop, the ADB driver and usb driver for my device. This video helped me a lot, thanks for that command! Now I can remove the stock browser from my phone and cure my internet addiction/overstimulation! Before I would manually disable it, but I kept on re-enabling it. But now its gone and only a factory reset will bring it back unless I hook up my phone to the computer again xD
