I have a problem in my Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2018. I have a school project as part of my Web Design course. So here goes.

I already created a folder where my images at and I set it up as my root folder. So when I'm trying to insert an image, it always shows me something like this:

This file is outside of the root folder of the site "(name of my folder)," and may not be accessible when you publish the site.

    Your root folder is:
"the actual path of my root folder which is correctly set"

Would you like to copy the file there now?

Then when I hit on Yes and save my image to the said path, this is what it says.

The folder you have selected is not under the site root. Your site root is:
"my actual path of my root folder"
Please select a location underneath this folder.

Then when I hit on okay, it prompts me to copy my image again to that folder. It goes on and on repeatedly.

Is there something wrong when I set my site settings? Please help me. Thank you

You made it very clear! I like how you started out with your diagram and kept referring back to it, because that really helped me understand the different bits of HTML code you were using. Thanks a lot!
