  2. My qTorrent program wont open cause of this message and when I try to open with properties, there is no security option.

  3. ANOTHER FIX: user your username to take ownership over the whole Disk-C instead of the name "Administrators" or something else.

  4. So wished this worked… but I only see the error when trying to access audio CDs in DVD/CD Reader…. the security tab is not available in the properties area.

  7. I can access all of my Root C: and all of it's subfolders like Program Files x86 & x64 yet not a single program from my drive C: is working or executing. It keeps saying the same error. Tried all these permissions solutions, removed, readded all users, administrators. Nothing is working. I guess I am gonna restore my installation from the fresh disc.

  8. I followed every steps you mentioned. But when I press Apply a message pops up saying "Unable to save permission changes on MSASCui (name of the file I'm trying to fix). Access is denied". I've been having this issue with my windows defender.
